Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ChiraYarnWorks website and your purchase of items through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products & customization

Every item is handmade to order using the yarn, color, and size options you choose at checkout. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in size, shape, and color from the product photos are normal and not a defect.

Orders & payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you’ll receive a confirmation email and can view its status from your account. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if an item turns out to be unavailable after purchase.

Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because items are made to order, we’re not able to offer refunds for a simple change of mind once work on your order has begun.

Reviews

You may leave a review for an item once you’ve purchased it. Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly, and we may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or not genuinely about the product.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account password secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
